60 ML ORANGE JUICES 15 ML CHERRY BRANDY 15 ML ORANGE LIQUEURS

7-8 CHOPPED ASSORTED FRUITS

METHOD:- BUILT UP

GLASS:- RED WINE GLASS

GARNISH:- ORANGE WHEEL

Procedure:

add all the ingredients in red wine

glass and garnish with orange wheel.

INGREDIENTS: 90 ML DRY WHITE WINE

60 ML SPARKING GINGER ALE

1 TSP LIME JUICE

METHOD:-  STIR

GLASS:-  WHITE WINE GLASS

GARNISH:- LIME SLICE

Procedure:

take white wine glass adds the

above ingredients garnish with lime slice.

INGREDIENTS: 90 ML DRY WHITE WINE

15 ML COINTREAU 60 ML SODA WATER

GRATED RIND OF LEMON

METHOD:- STIR

GLASS: OLD FASHION OR WHITE WINE

GARNISH:-  ORANGE SLICE

Procedure :

add all the ingredients in white wine

glass and top up with soda grated lime

and garnish with orange slice.

FANTAISIE

INREDIENTS : 120 ML DRY WHITE WINE

30 ML APRICOT BRANDY

METHOD:- STIR

GLASS:- GOBLET

GARNISH:- CHERRY

Procedure:

add the above ingredients in white

wine glass and serve.
