CLASSIC MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:- GIN 50ML

10ML, DRY VERMOUTH

METHOD:- STIRRED

GLASS:- MARTINI

GARNISH:- GREEN OLIVES

Procedure:

Place the ice and all the ingredients in

a shaker, stirred strain in to Martini glass.

GIMLET

 INGREDIENTS:- GIN 45ML,

  LIME CORDIAL 60ML

METHOD; –  STIRRED OR SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH: – LEMON SLICE OR CHERRY

Procedure:

Place the ice and all the ingredients in a
shaker, stirred strain in to Martini glass.

Note: The Gimlet was introduced by Surgeon
General sir Thomas D Gimlette, who served
in the Royal Navy from 1879-1913.

TOMCOLLIN

INGREDIENTS:- GIN 45ML LIME JUICE 15ML
SUGAR SYRUP 10ML
SODA TOP UP

METHOD; –   BUILT UP

GLASS: – COLLIN GLASS

GARNISH: – LEMON SLICE OR CHERRY

Procedure:

take a Collin glass add some ice

put the above ingredients and top with

soda garnish with lemon slice&cheery.

INGREDIENTS:- GIN 45ML

ONE EGG WHITE

15ML GRENADINE

10 ML FRESH CREAMS

METHOD: – SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH: – ORAGE PEEL

Procedure:

Take a Collin glass add the above ingredients

and garnish with orange slice and cheery.

CREM DE CACAO 10ML

FRESH CREEM 1T.SPOON

METHOD: – SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH:-CHOCOLATE STIC

Procedure:

Take a shaker add the above ingredients

shake well serve in a chilled martini

glass garnish with chocolate stick.
